Goals Soccer Schools has built up a reputation that enables young footballers to develop their skills and techniques to build a platform for a successful introduction to football. The main emphasis is on fun, enjoyment and maximum participation with the coaching activity structured to the age of the participant.
Our aim is to engage the first time participant who may feel they have not got the confidence or ability to join an established club structure.
Some clubs only want the biggest and best players and have a ‘win at all cost’ attitude which can be detrimental to the development of the individual player. This can result in young players dropping out of the game whilst in reality they have only just started their football journey and could go on to develop and enjoy their game for many years to come.
The Goals programme is for players of all abilities and offers a balanced structure of coaching and development matches. All young players who enrol on the Goals training programme will have the opportunity to take part in a games against other clubs whose players at are at a similar stage of development. These exciting opportunities to play in structured games will allow the young players to develop in a pressure free environment, and enjoying the benefits of a club structure.
